It will be in Google Play, the App Store and in select Samsung App Stores. The versions seem to be in 10.2.0.17XX range with the most confirmed being 10.2.0.1767 in Singapore. From what we are hearing it will be hitting about 1/3 of carriers this month with more coming later.
