Netflix Adds 'My List' to Automatically Sort Your Queue




Netflix has tweaked its Instant Queue feature with My List, a new addition that automatically prioritizes movies and TV shows you might want to stream.

The primary difference between Instant Queue and My List is the latter arranges the list so that the movies and TV shows you're most likely to watch rise to the top. The default sorting mode is automation. "After you’ve added several titles to your list, our technology will go to work and sort your List, presenting you with the titles you’re most likely to want to watch right up front," the company wrote on its blog. "In our tests, most members really appreciated this automated sorting and it was much more useful than the manual sorting capability of the Instant Queue." Read more...
